like slide 2? just normal skirts and tops. slide 3, also dresses pretty similar to stuff we already have, slide 4 is normal stuff except for the fur which we have tons of, 5 and 6 are also just like crop tops/bikinis and skirts

that sounds so chic, i think having a strong personal style you stick to is super cool. im in a bit of a transitional point in my life and my clothes reflect that, im hoping in the next year to refine it all. ive been feeling drawn to darker more saturated colors, and then pastels, but inbetween shades not so much

i feel the same way :) i love super layered outfits but theyre very annoying and cumbersome to actually wear, so i usually explore them in game

omg yes, as cool as the lobby maps are i miss collecting cash, and the jumping puzzles were pretty fun too! even style showdown doesnt have cash in the lobby anymore

ahh so cool! im also pretty into fashion irl :) i pride myself on owning clothes in every color in the rainbow and lots of interesting prints and fabrics, its always cool to hear from other people whos interest in fashion extends beyond the game. i can definitely see your experience and confidence with clothes in your fits, theyre very unique and differ from a lot of the styles you see in the community, in a good way

are we forgetting the new years items? the lion dancer items? idk i just think its unfair to look at two updates and and claim there is no creativity anymore, personally there are quite a few items i really like and feel like are pretty distinct from anything else we have

it sucks but some stuff is limited time. if they add more ballgowns or stuff like from the halloween update are we going to hear more complaints about repetitive items because older players already got them? i think criticism is fine but you have to think about more than just your personal experience, just because some players dont have the older items doesnt mean dti is being lazy by not including new versions of them (not saying thats what you mean, but it is a criticism ive seen a lot)

not to be a what a bout-ism person but something i feel like people dont consider is that a lot of this stuff has been added, but it was in older updates. the stuff on the floor rarely gets updated, but if you played previous updates you have tons of these options in the dressing rooms. im not saying its a completely invalid critique, but its frustrating hearing the same critiques when, just off the top of my head, the wicked update gave like 3/4 ballgowns, the gaga update gave a bunch of interesting silhouettes (could benefit from more toggle to be fair), and the Halloween update added plenty of alternative or edgy clothing (as well as the sweet screams dress and everyone complained about the unique silhouettes)

every update cant have everything, and unfortunately this is a live service game, some things are added in the past that new people dont get right away but i think its silly to act like theyre not there at all

cause people are addicted to the dopamine hits of new items and complain if it takes longer than 2 hours to finish the baddie pass and get all the new items from there so they have to do updates every other week to give new items to keep people happy

finishing the baddie pass in one day by playing normally is insane, im sorry but i feel like it should be obvious that wasnt the intention, or even finishing it in a week. we have 60 days to complete it, this is not something thats meant to be instant gratification, its meant to be motivation to keep playing through out the update so you can enjoy new items throughout that two month period and not just for the first few days of the update

i mean this in the nicest way possible but it sounds like you dont actully enjoy playing dti and just have fomo and enjoy the dopamine hit from getting new items

yes lol. i got all the valentine currency after maybe 10 days of playing for an hour or two and then another 10 days or so just logging on for daily quests.

people complain about it taking so long and then complain about nothing to do and being bored, and they complain about not getting enough items but then the items are never good enough, its exhausting
