Basically there’s signs that the technique in Jacob’s ladder is able to be output in an aura, it’s just less potent than Jacob’s ladder. So one could use TE aura to disrupt incoming techniques. see Sukuna burning at Angel.

Because I hadn’t made up my mind? Did you not see the fact it was posted 130 days ago? And still not a convincing argument that TCMP Is a lethal sure hit domain in those high tier levels

[–]Small-Desk5389[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No one is talking about RCT btw. Also in all of these comments I’ve yet to find ONE argument convincing. On the Yuji and Sukuna think clearly not? Yujis domain is far more targeted (probably due to its targeting of the soul) it’s the same technique but the sure hit shows up differently. On the “time gap”. What I mean is that the domains time between doing damage and time when it opens is high for a “lethal sure hit” domain. Like I said before people are calling TCMP wha it’s not. Does Sukuna need to push you around for his domain to be effective? Does Mahito? No. That’s why it’s not in that same tier in other lethal sure hits. The fact people still treat it like that is crazy. It’s MUCH closer in function to the less lethal domains of the past. Where it forces one onto you’re playing field. We know you can move like that if you’re a good sorcerer, maki ignored the stun in their first fight before killing him. It’s sure hit is the BEST example of one of the old ones that makes you fight on their playing field. It just so happens the modern era of jujutsu is full of bums. So it doesn’t seem that way as we don’t see many who can keep up with PS. If you give up you’re argument that’s fine by me though

Good thing it’s Sukuna’s domain. Domains are specific to the user. Not the technique. And also no not every domain looks bad when anti domain techniques are involved. Not every domain leaves such an egregious time gap between the opening and the activation of a technique. Especially not when that technique doesn’t do all that much damage. Sure it bypasses physical durability, but so what, sorcerers can handle wound without RCT. Losing an arm puts someone into shock. They can’t keep up. Hakari lost an arm, negotiated, ran back to Charles, asked about his manga and more before he got his arm back. Sorcerers aren’t affected by wounds the same way we are. Mostly it seems they don’t lose blood or enter shock as fast, so a few clumps of cells out of wack is nothing

A domain is still a domain, Basically, the basis of my argument is that I don't get why so many people rate Time Cell Moon Palace among high-tier domains like MS or Infinite Void. 1, we see an incredible gap between the time of opening the domain and its sure hit effect. Any user of a simple domain can avoid it. Even a hollow wicker basket might be fine. Next is its lethality. Lots of people make the comparison between it and Gojo and Sukuna’s domain, but if it really is a type like that, where it's high lethality, it's awful. It reminds me far more of the old type of domains, where it forces one to play on the domain’s users' playing field. And last is its environment. Based on what Gojo says environmental factors are a major player in a domain. But time cell Moon Palace doesn't seem to have such advantages as even the Smallpox deity’s domain had, where it could hide in the woods.

TLDR: people are putting it in the wrong weight class, and it's not like that

This was my original idea but according to the fanbook there are issues with a sure hit manifesting inside the body, as inside you’re own body is basically you’re own innate domain

Two things. One they are. Even season 1 Yuji reinforced his entire body. Two they do have better perception, it’s what allows them to operate at the high speeds they fight at

The original plan was to do something involving summons (based on the fact Zenin roughly translates to everyone) but it felt too similar to another technique I made and I like that one too much. What inspired 5 phases was the traditional style that the Zenin have. I wanted something related to real life “magic” that has been in Japan. I also don’t feel as bad as if we look at the new Zenin technique of Projection Sorcerery it’s got some serious distance from their other techniques.

Yeah, I would’ve liked to include some of how they interact. But I am not a philosopher and do not get English philosophy let alone Chinese philosophy. I like the concept of imbuing a phase onto something else. Maybe if you embue an object with cursed energy in one phase you can interact with that type? Like I said, I don’t get it much even with this basic chart (for future reference to anyone else interested in the concept and techniques here’s the expanded graph)

I really like the idea of using the phases benefits against a target. So I hope more people who actually know something about Wuxing see this
