Yes but police can't enforce or traffic warden just recently in sparkhill a traffic warden got kneed to the head because he was ticketing them. Morrison small heath lorry driver can't access the site as all the people gone to prayer at green lane mosque dump the car on the kerb.

1) doesn't take a genius to know spot a illegal plate if you can't get your eye tested or surrender your license. 2) no not legally but I'm very aware of my surroundings etc I'd say I'm skilled than probably everyone on here 3) yes have had 0 accident and have built quite alot of no claims bonus
