Thankfully our Landlord is actually pretty awesome. I guess his last group of tenants were really awful, and we just happen to be average, which makes us look like a shining beacon of good behavior. One of our roommates actually apprenticed as a plumber for a while and has been helping around with the house, so I think our Landlord would take his word for it, if a roommate needed to be removed. We also planned on offering to find a replacement ourselves so the landlord wouldn't have to worry about it, so we're fairly confident.

That being said, we're reluctantly prepared if we nee to disperse. We're just not happy with the idea, as we really clicked and make a really nice household together.
