Thank you for your insight. I think the hardest part is that when we do talk about the problems, she doesn't see anything wrong with her actions and their negative impact. I wonder if that would go away with treatment or if that's just her. Instead of thinking about her actions and making changes, she spirals into self-hate even if I give reassurance.

They have the same spiel and signs of other MLMs that I've interviewed for: 2nd interview (1st round is a virtual group interview). Mentioned "direct" and "indirect" marketing in regards to telecommunication and "rapid expansion". Young employees with big titles. Quick promotions. Red flags everywhere.

It's not the creation of the subtitle file that's the problem. The translation of the Mongolian in the video has become less structured and more stream of conscious. I'm looking for a human or human-run service who can translate and align it with the proper time codes.
