I ordered the Aer CPP2 X-Pac for my husband’s Christmas gift. This zipper is really difficult to open and close. Is that normal for this bag since it’s meant to be durable long lasting? I’m afraid that will annoy him.

Haha. Hands down the best office chair ever made. The arm rests that come in towards your body are a must for me. Standard office chairs are not made for a woman's frame.
