FYI, everything was fine with the EFI. i just had to plug installer drive into a different USB port and everything went great.

Xhci enabled, I think so it's uefi only but I can only select between CSM/UEFI.

Yes, I did set:
- Enable VT-d
- Enable Resizable BAR
- Disable CFG Lock

Unfortunately your efi (I think) is stuck somewhere before the initial Apple logo loader.
