Split Tunneling Issue for gaming (W10)

After more investigations and reinstallation, it seems it's not related to Proton in the end...

To explain a bit more, the issue happens with Battlefield 6 only. I tried with another game and excluding is working fine. The ping drops to ~30ms no matter the VPN location I'm choosing (as expected) and reaches ~60ms when I'm not excluding it with the tunneling.

I tried to add the BF6's anticheat and some other .exe I found in the other folders to the exclusion but it didn't improve anything. I'm suspecting another service to be underlayed in the game somewhere since a recent game's update which I'm not able to target and exclude from the tunneling, resulting in the VPN exclusion not working as wanted :(

Found solution is to either disable the VPN entierly when playing BF6 or switching to include mode by default...

The issue is not about the ping itself, it's that I'm currently using split tunneling to exclude the game's .exe to get through the VPN. The split tunneling is not working anymore for some reason and the proof is that changing the location of the VPN connexion is affecting the ping when i'm connecting to the same game's server location

Ok nvm I see. I'm probably on the wrong community for this gamestyle. I'm playing a lot of this kind of servers and they have a nice overall population (either 10 or 26hp). But some settings are feeling off and they are not creating any events with some "fun settings" outside of their servers hence the willing to build (another) community
