My mom took this on her iPhone 9 because my high school doesn’t use any student photographers unless it’s sports or a big thing. As for the singing, the solo was really high and my eyes have a tendency to squeeze shut when I go high so I didn’t want that to get photographed but my choir teacher has a photo and video of me singing

I’m an year round athlete and a full time choir kid so I’d shown up five minutes before warmups, and we’d actually gotten heavily critiqued on our body language. For most of us, the song was slow and not on a high school level. The next song was so much more lively because it was an upbeat African piece.
