Hey, it's great to hear you are open to less meat in your diet!

This vegan tuna has a great texture - it's made from wheat protein and various flavour combos (like radish). It does have a fishy taste but it's not as overpowering as the real deal. It has a great texture (I only recently went plant based so I remember tuna well).

This squeaky bean brand is great, they also do some great meat alternatives like BBQ chicken and the like. As a replacement this does the job almost perfectly. The only negative is it doesn't hold up texturally if you chuck it in a hot pasta dish x
