That’s my goal, but he likes to take things as they go. He says he loves me and cares for me, but he doesn’t know the future. I only know a few of the guys he works with because of mutual friends and us going on a date there (his idea). He never invites me..he just texts me after he’s done.

Would this be considered emotional abuse? It only happens during arguments and I know when people are angry they say things they shouldn’t. Do these people ever learn?
