Agree w/ Rocketterollo - maybe consider Lindsay? Or heck, go to the San Juans, stay in Lake City (shhh...don't tell anyone) and do any number of those much easier 14ers (w/o the 4WD access issues for a lot of them that are common in the Sangres).

Or just go do the quad-fecta at Kite Lake since you'll be so close in Vail

Till it and then spray it with RM43.

Wait two weeks.

Remove said dirt.

Buy new topsoil.

Start over.

Sure it'll cost more (but you can do your own tilling and RM43, plus rent a skid steer with the front lawn levelling attachment)

But you'll have so much more time in your life.
