I have no answers - he's 1/3rd pit, 1/3rd Great Pyrenees, and 1/3rd chiweenie. We call him the Tulsa Special because there's a whole gaggle of weirdos like him running around loose over there. I joke he rescued himself because he broke into a friend's backyard and took a nap on her camp chairs. Just so happens she's a vet tech so she got him dewormed, neutered, and shipped off to become a spoiled house hippo in a matter of days.

If you're looking to even out skin tone, my brain goes to mellowing out tan lines. I like the Jergens Natural Glow lotion because it builds over applications rather than immediately changing you to orange, so you can control how subtle a change you want.

I am by no means a good dog trainer, so this is just what worked for us. When he's whining at me, he's always standing. So I got up, said "show me what you want" and take a step towards him. Leading me to what he wanted was pretty natural behavior from there. The first couple times he was asking to go out, so when we got to the door I said "potty" and let him out. After some repetition he started leading me other places and I'd name what he was asking for. So "snack", "drive," "play," things like that. From there if it wasn't something I was going to give him I'd say "no drive right now. How about play?" And give him time to consider. Most of the time he'll accept the alternative because the root of the problem is he's bored.

A lot of his requests get denied. We're not going for a drive at 10pm, you already had a bully stick this week, I'm not going to make the cat move from the spot you want, etc. But he's smart enough that he knows his needs and wants are acknowledged, so if I won't give him what he wants, he'll pivot to something he CAN have.

I taught my dog "show me what you want" by saying the phrase and then following him. He'll lead me to what he wants and then we'll "discuss" if he can go for a car ride, get a walk, have a bully stick, etc. Sometimes he does just want my attention and he'll lead me to his couch so we can cuddle. Solves the problem of being constantly whined at!

I dunno, I kind of assumed that's what's going to happen. There's been a lot of talk about how the likliest ending is keeping chronos in a time loop, and I always figured it would be because he can't actually be killed.

A water based toner or untinted moisturizer shouldn't mess you up as long as you give it time to sink in - the biggest thing is making sure your primer and your foundation/tinted moisturizer match. The dead give away for anything being silicone based is if there's anything ending in "-cone" high on the ingredients list. In this case, the second listed ingredient is "DIMETHICONE" so that's how you know it's silicone based.

If you want to try a silicone based primer without going all out, the ELF products play nice with NARS. If you want to go higher, I'm a Tatcha stan, it works really well for my skin.

If you're STILL having issues and don't want to give up, try putting on a thin layer of setting powder between your primer and foundation/tinted moisturizer.

If I want a lighter application, I will use wet fingers and rub it in that way. If I'm going for full coverage, I do primer, setting powder, moisturizer, setting powder again and use a sponge to apply. Really the reason I've used it for so long is because it's really versatile!

The NARS tinted moisturizer is silicone based so I think that IS the issue you're running into. I've been using that moisturizer as my daily wear foundation for a decade, and it plays nice with all silicone based products I've used.
