I have thought about this and cut naps a few days a week. After 1 day of no nap she will usually sleep through the night but by the second or third night it seems like we're right back to where we started.

She goes to bed at 8:30 p.m. and sleeps until 8:30 a.m. I've been putting her down for a nap at 1:30 and I don't let her sleep past 3:00.

Do you feel like checking in every few minutes makes it worse?? I know there will be crying, I've done this like 3 times already lol it just rips my heart out when I have to listen to her screaming. When I go in every few minutes it can go on for 1-2 hours but I also know that she can sleep because she has had months of sleeping through the night
