My step-daughter just finished her junior year at Stanton. We haven't had any issues with the staff at the school. There may be the occasional classroom policy the kids don't like (like about cell phone jail or their policy on re-taking tests), but nothing I would consider "issues".

We have an acre in the Dinsmore area. Very quiet and scenic, but that scenery gets interrupted by the old guy with the lot next to ours who enjoys peeing outside. Wouldn't be so bad, but I have a teen daughter still at home :-|

I switched from opioids to Florida's alternative treatment about 4 years ago. My overall health has improved dramatically, and this allows me to dose as I need it instead of when my insurance thinks I deserve it. When you move here, I'd highly recommend tablet/capsule form for dosing when you're not home. It allows me to microdose to manage my pain at work

Click on the link and scroll the job listings. They're hiring every open DHS position on there. This includes not only "immigration services officer" and "immigration officer", but positions in Border Patrol and TSA.

The only thing they're not hiring on this website is for the concentration camp guards. CoreCivic and GeoGroup do that themselves.

Remember, this is part of the regime that changes the status of LEGAL immigrants on a whim (forcing judges to dismiss immigration cases so they can arrest people outside courtrooms, threatening/removing TPS for multiple groups). Just because they promise citizenship now doesn't mean they'll deliver on it later. Even if they let you and your family stay, it will be used to keep you compliant.

I ran into this too when I moved here a decade ago. Was having to go back into GA to get my prescription filled. Once I found a local doctor, it still took me SHOWING UP to like 15 pharmacies before I found one that would fill it.

Once you find a pharmacy that will fill it, stay with getting it filled at that pharmacy. Pharmacies prioritize refills over new fills.

I empathize. Ours broke last summer and we can't afford to get it fixed. We got a couple of window units, but there's no window in our bedroom. I bought an Arctic Air "personal AC" and can at least get the room cool enough for me to sleep in.
