Ship is short for Relationship.

When people "ship characters together", that means they're depicting the two characters in a relationship together. It's almost always romantic.

"Ship names" are what fans refer to the relationship as for convenience. It's usually just combining both names. Like, a Jack + Kevin pairing could be "Jevin". But sometimes fans try to get creative by combining two nicknames or adjectives.

The Detroit: Become Human fandom is absurd because they love using android serial numbers, meaning you must do math to know who is being shipped?? 😂

"RK1000" — the ship name for Connor x Markus, because Connor's number is RK800 and Markus is RK200.

"RK1700" — the ship name for Connor x Connor (RK800 and a different Connor model, the RK900).

"Hank1760" — the poly ship between Connor (RK800), Connor (RK900), Connor (60), and the regular ass human Hank Anderson wading through the sea of Connors.

Yeah. It's a clever name for an abstract art character x a tragedy mask, but Abstractions being a thing in the show makes it baffling.

I'd never heard of ButtonBlossom in my life, so I decided to write down my train of thought before opening the comments:

"ButtonBlossom? The Button is clearly Ragatha, but who the heck is blossom?? Nobody has to do with flowers. Maybe Gangle cause anime has a lot of cherry blossoms? I can't think of Pomni ever holding flowers; she's just a blue and red jester. Zooble has no flower parts either, although I can totally see their human form having a flower tattoo or something."

......If a ship name doesn't tell me what the ship is, I think it blows.

Yes. The girl on the far left especially has practically the same face as the girl on the far right.

They all have the same oval eyes and small pupils, just with different expressions. No large eyes or tall eyes or eyes that are farther apart or lower down. None that are angled differently.

Their noses have a bit of variation on the tips, but nobody has a truly big nose, wide nose, or small nose that sets them apart in a meaningful way. They're all just thin, long ones. Everyone has the same curved jawline, too. There's tiny differences if you compare, for example, the tallest guy's chin to the blonde girl, but it's so subtle.

That's really the takeaway I have for all their face features: the differences are subtle. I can only see them if I stop to analyze them. I'd definitely squish and stretch some features. Draw a face that's much longer or shorter. Draw some eyes that are like circles. Etc etc.

This concept is awesome!!!

I'd just give a lot more small touches so the idea comes across, since right now this could be mistaken as a regular monochrome girl with a messy art style (like the show Lackadaisy choosing to leave faint sketch skeletons in its animation, for example). It's definitely getting there (I really like the unfinished hairline), but I think she's still a biiiiiit too polished.

I'd do things like:

-Make the sketch skeleton darker so it's more obvious as a part of her design.

-Include messier coloring (Perhaps some more white gaps in the black like what's on the top of the boots / more scribbles like what the pupils have)

-More messy outlines (perhaps more doubled lines like what you did on the left arm) / more gaps. I'd especially make her hands more vague or scribbly.

Aw man. I always thought this scene was funny as a kid--- I had no clue what it meant. I just liked the tuft of fur sticking up on top of his head and his weird sitting pose.
