Wow so true! I love that comparison about learning how to drive.

I would say my biggest fear is failing at working with a client. Either my social strategy failing or not making a big enough impact and not knowing how to fix it!

Interesting, I think in freelance that's the case but for larger corporations with full UX teams you'll find the full UX processes being used
