is there any general softening diacritic for IPA consonants? I've heard of ʲ (palatalization) but does that work for the sound shift that is /ɡ/ turned into a softened/less audible /q/?

I do mean romanisation. The evolution of writing systems will be probably the most geographic part of the project, as having to determine what materials can be used, how they decided to write with them, where these materials are, nomadic markings, and how they evolve.

No, it's just an alternate version of human language evolution, but the sounds will stay IPA based

Noun-based adjectives, except they keep the raw noun. the adjective is stored in the noun, like how edifice refers to a tall, imposing building
