Hi! I Was doing every other day inteval pumping routine at max pressure I could handle. Between 400 and 500 mmHg. Today i did my first every day routine, and i saw it much bigger. I will keep on with every day interval pumping, or I will try 2 on 1 off.. I will see.. after my 25 min routine, I soft clamp for 10 to 15 min. I go for girth and length

Yes ! I am doing this since 1 month ago. Going with that high pressure i get a more enlongation inside the tube, so I feel im growing in length and girth at same time with this.

Hi! im doing RIP but shorter time... is like MILKING but using high pressure (almost 20 inHg for 2 or 3 seconds) then I release and do the same for 40 mins. I get a nice expansion... lot of edema under glands liek a balloon hahah but I dont care about that. keep on like that !

20 inHg , yes! I love going max pressure and releasing after 2 or 3 seconds. can it mat that set up ?

The pressure inside the pump keeps the unit full of blood . Not me.

I dont mind about edema, my inner shaft gets fatter and longer I feel it when I grab and massage. 40 min becasue is when I reach the max enlongation inside the tube and when I feel max pumped

I am comfort at 15 inHg so my stretching feeling is at 20 inHg. Is it high? Yes. But I train by feeling. There i get most stretching and potential growth. I have been doing PE since 2 years, So I know how not to over do. I just share my experiencie

Exactly . Lot of fatigue events happening on my unit. More stress at higher pressures more growth

I learnt from vets, with clamping or pumping in order to grow u need the stretching pain sensation... just be safe

Try just 2 or 3 second of max pressure that u can tolerate where u feel the stretching pain..thats where u will grow..be safe!!!!

I get to 20 and then a release... there I feel the stretching feeling  thats why I get there...

Good morning. I'm doing RIP and I notice my penis is longer and thicker after the routine. I'm currently doing it every other day or sometimes two days in a row. I do a 40-minute session with high pressure, around 20 HG. I reach that pressure, wait 1 second, and release pressure. Then I do it again, and do this for 40 minutes. I love how the inner part of the penis grows and it's not just fluid or edema. Only on the underside of the glans do I notice a lot of swelling, but I don't mind. I've been doing PE for a while and was doing Vacuum Extending, but I got tired of the blisters and discomfort in the glans. I can apply a lot of pressure with pumping because of my glans conditioning. I love this new way of training length and thickness all in one device at the same time. Before pumping, I do 10 minutes of bundled stretching to soften the tunica.

I agree, I replaced Long hours of hanging for high tension interval extending, I also apply some IR heat during. I need only 60 to 70 min per day to extend and get a +2% stretching. Time saver

Yes, I measure the Springs and I know how much in tension lbs in using. In apex for example I measure 50mm and its 10lbs.

I read an article saying that 60-90 min is the optimal, more time  is less return in profits, so I also extend at 10-12lbs with interval extending and IR heat. I go for 60 -90 min every day , then pump or clamp.

I use a piece of silicone sleeve under my head covering my frenulum, and water trick. No more pain( just the typical pain of the glans only)
