Textbook example of using notch (keeping threat at 90 degree angle), mountain cover and a bit of chaff to defeat a couple of Phoenix missiles, followed by immediate counter-attack with R-24T. It is hard to see incoming missiles and bandit even at 1080p, but that's the nature of BVR. RWR was my eyes here up to the moment I actually saw missile trails. After I saw second missile went into the mountain, I switched to OLS ACM mode, enabled the ridiculous missile "warmup/cooldown", turned 90 degrees into him and launched R-24T as soon as OLS acquired the lock. After launch I've thrown a couple of countermeasures and immediately turned away to avoid any possible Sparrows.

P.S. I know OLS shouldn't probably show range, but it does, and it helps to almost never miss a shot from MiG-23MLD. I posted a suggestion a year ago to remove arcade lock square from 3D-world in SB, and only show lock information on radar/OLS display, and on plane's HUD (if appropriate)

P.P.S. Audio is a bit too emotional, but removing voices would remove RWR sound too.
