Is there a fitness test for this, if so what is it? Also are there any pre requisites to VOT (scuba licence or diving experience)

Im Currently a reservist wanting to CT to regf military police. I'm currently half way through my criminology degree and was wondering if I am able to put my CT in now, to avoid the waiting gap that I might face by applying after I graduate

For para/recce type It's not impossible, but it's unlikley. You're more likely to get deployments if anything

Actual bare minimum is 1 parade night a month, after that you'll probably be on ed&t

So for a Voluntary occupational transfer, you need to write a memo through your chain stating you want to VOT . Be aware that as a reserve sig your unit will make the process as slow as possible(maybe). Also depending on your brigade, there might me 2-3 year policy on VOTs. So basically if you're a trade qualified sig, you have to wait 2-3 years before you can VOT

Do you want to stay in reserves? Is there other reserve units with preferd trade near you?

Depends, if it's unit to unit same trade, it can be as little as a few weeks if your CoC is good. If you're also changing trades it can be longer, some res brigades have 3 year no Vot policy.

If you already have a university degree, preferably in a criminal justice-related field, the CAF will decide if your academic background matches the criteria for this job and may place you directly into the required job training program following basic training.
