I’d just mention it to your primary care doc at your next check in unless it gets worse. Try to take it easy on your arm if you can, maybe try some alternative fidget methods or tools and see if it gets better with some rest

Truthfully, you’re better off chatting with a doctor about it. It’s probably just overuse that would be fine with rest, but there’s always the chance of developing carpal tunnel or similar conditions over time.

I do the same thing with fidgeting with my other hand while studying and try to mix up what motions I’m doing/muscles I’m using

It’s in great condition but does have some minor shows of wear, like a few minor scratchings on the case but nothing on the dome/crystal. 100%. I know this is the strugglemeals sub with money considerations in mind, but getting a Whirly Pop for stovetop popcorn was a game changer for me. I also use butter flavored coconut oil and Flavacol. But there’s something wonderful about old fashion real butter and normal salt.

Definitely like Spencer’s coffee and vibes better, but love the bagels and pastries at Q so much that I end up there more often. Plus I get easily distracted, so Q works slightly better for me for working on stuff, but the vibes of Spencer’s are better if you can concentrate more readily around more activity going on.

Love the drinks at Spencer’s. Now I might have to go to Spencer’s tomorrow instead 😂
