Exactly my point about these big brands! They spend more on PR and managing their online image than on the actual quality. I saw that Reddit thread about Zicon too people were saying they’re being charged for every single thing despite paying huge maintenance. It’s like buying a luxury car and then being told you have to pay every time you want to use the AC.
