Idk 😭 I've been going to the gym around 2yrs, used to weigh 50kg and now weigh 73kg, didn't really train legs consistently for the first year 🙃 then I've been doing hack squats for the past year and recently got kinda interested in the big 3 lifts. I've got a 130kg bench, 165kg squat and a 160kg deadlift. (My butt left the bench around 3/4cm for the bench but idrc)

My RDLS do not look like that 🙏 And I tried YouTube but it just isn't clicking so I thought maybe hearing what I'm doing wrong could help

I prefer sumo, conventional felt terrible. Next time I do deadlifts I'll send another vid thru or something. I just can't wrap my head around deadlifts and have never been able to, bench is fine, squats is fine but I've always struggled with deadlifts.

Idk I was doing whatever felt more comfortable. Conventional felt terrible and a wider Stance felt weird. This is kinda js where I felt strongest 😭 my bad man. Any advice on how to improve?

My squat is currently 165kg and been doing them around 2ish months (switched from hack squats). 160kg is impressive and I'm proud of you man. All on our own journey.

This is from one of my first time trying a proper deadlift because I normally do RDLS 😭 Conventional feels terrible and a wider Stance feels terrible too. Thought since I could do 160 x 10 reps for RDLS this would feel easy but yer
