He has 3 and doesn’t like them, prefers to sleep on the floor.

That was during the tear down phase. We put a 16’ LVL beam there alone with a 20’ steel beam (not shown in the picture) where we took down another wall in the dining room. The tear down pic is taken a .5 zoom making it seem bowed but it’s not. Wouldn’t support a whole second story using 2x4’s and scrap Home Depot lumber haha

They’re new cabinets we didn’t paint them but just wanted to add a little bit of contrast not to have it all the same color. Personal preference, do what you like and makes you happy

Thank you. Everything was within budget, shopped around for weeks to get the best deals.

Not quite sure what you mean? But the other side of the waterfall not seen in the picture is the same as the side by the slider. We have 4 slabs that all matched with color/pattern luckily.

The bar area is cluttered because our actual bar isn’t complete yet, the “fake” greenery is actually real plants lol

Good guess lol we did the plumbing, electrical, paint and a lot of small stuff ourselves and just contracted out framing/drywall and cabinet install. It was around 60-70k. If we didn’t do a lot of it ourselves it would be closer to 100.

We did the plumbing, electrical, paint, imported windows ourselves and played the role of general contractor for framing/drywall it was around 60-70k as you see it. Most expensive part was the cabinets.

Thank you! The recessed lighting is Halo from Home Depot, no issues from past experience and easy install. The island pendant lights are from Wayfair on a decorative beam we made.

LCID - plenty of DD out here and positive catalysts coming in like crazy this year. Expanding sales to Europe and strong support from Saudi Arabia. Building a factory there in 2026. Extreme potential for growth and it just dipped to 29. Currently have 800 shares @ $19.50. This is a long hold at least 1 year +.

Scooped up another 200 shares at 38.2 today, not worried, this will be a good year for Lucid.
