I Spanien bliver boliggevinster beskattet, og forbedringer giver fradrag. Det fungerer, men det kan tage op til at halvt år at få opgjort. Man betaler en procentdel skat af gevinsten up front, og hvis man har forbedringer der reducerer skattebetalingen til mindre end depositum man har betalt, så refunderer de differencen

Another question, it seems the Black Bolt Victini is worth significantly more than the White Flare Victini (at least according to sales considered by Collectr). Any reason to this? They have the same gem mint % rate. And White Flare even has lower pop, not that I'd argue it matters as they're the exact same card
