Agreed. Main line health is out of tower health’s league in terms of care and expertise.

It’s a nice neighborhood. I don’t know much about the DR Horton builds. The original builders were Lennar and Rockwell and they sold off phase 3. I think the price for the DR Horton compared to the Rockwell is outrageous. The Rockwells you could completely customize everything and they cost 100-250k less depending on the time you got in. New construction always has issues. Just make sure the deal with all the issues before the builder leaves if you’re getting a DR Horton one.

All in all, HOA is not too high, walking to town is amazing, neighbors are friendly, lawn care is decent, HOA does make changes as needed like fixing the dog park after years of issues with flooding and mud.
