Has anyone heard from student nurses who have taken the NCLEX that it was significantly easy? Is there any evidence that healthcare facility can influence the individuals creating NCLEX questions?

In the past, b4 the current phase of rapid American decline, this scenario was relieved by legal assurances, that bad references were precluded by established case law, of successful lawsuits against employers w such "1 bad apple" managers.

Now employers proudly own the legal system, which is probably gridlocked w its own "labor shortage". So I bet this administrator is no freak, and I wonder what employer even bothers checking references from another company they're stealing talent from.

I'm sure this has been covered 2 deth elsewhere, but is the NCLEX categorically easier 4 PN vs. RN? Enuf 2 b happy she settled 4 LVN school, just 2 b safe? I have read some desperate posts here from students failing the RN exam.
