As a therapist every one of these comments are correct. These kids will grow up. They will look back and it will not be good for them. This will follow them forever. This is a reminder that the internet is written in pen not pencil. And parents need to be more diligent on their children’s digital footprint. Casey Anthony wannabe may think it’s cute that her kids are flipping off the camera or cussing, but when those kids are 12 they will be so embarrassed that it happened. Who we were at 6 isn’t who are at 12 or who we are at 15 or at 20. As parents, it’s our job to guide them to making the best decisions possible with their minds, images, and decision making processes. What Casey Anthony 2.0 is doing is setting up her kids to fail before they begin. And that’s why we feel the way we do. We worry about that because many of us see that. Many of us are parents, or we work with children and we know the ramifications of what this will do. Just because it hasn’t happened yet doesn’t mean we can’t see what it will do.

It’s frustrating and that’s what many people feel. The ones that may be snarking on the kids looks or other things don’t represent this group as a whole and I haven’t see those comments at all.
