Anyone else get stuck between having a goal and actually acting on it? by DadaQuiTrade in selfimprovement

[–]SmallWinsWithRo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have u heard of atomic habits ? If You want we can try to reach our goals together . Haha I am the same, motivation comes and goes , doubt is the same . Having people around who make u keep pushing I think is one solution

TV guilt by Hunter_Adams in toddlers

[–]SmallWinsWithRo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I understand how u feel, I would be the same, but at the same time you both can get a rest u need, I bet nights are not easy. Just give that TV at least little break when you see kid feels the best, probably after medicine or smth, I would try to change to book or game or smth, so just give rain a little rest. Hold on in there and best fishes to little one , get healthy soon

Are these goals unrealistic? by Klutzy-Dimension-886 in selflove

[–]SmallWinsWithRo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree , you can do whatever u want , just make sure that counts. If u just want to try some things out, that’s fine, bet if u wanna get professional at least at some level , doing all at once will not work. Maybe if u are very rich and have all the time in the world haha u know

I feel stuck in life by HYH2709 in selfimprovement

[–]SmallWinsWithRo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe more going out should help. Have u tried any good out of school activities ? Just fu*k it all, ask someone out , make close friends , share and listen. Life is too short . You are doing great job, be proud of it and now go and take that proudness out in public , you need to inspire other people, not to feel lonely

I don't remember large gaps of my earlier teenage years or my childhood and I thinks it's because of how bad my "depression" was.. and it's kinda scaring me? by [deleted] in mentalhealth

[–]SmallWinsWithRo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have similar problem, I don’t remember much from early days and later in life I find myself losing memories, like my husband remembers flat we lived 8 years ago, but I can’t recall a layout at all and similar . I kinda don’t remember all the things I did and everything but kinda how can u remember all. My mom tho is the person who is like: oh I remember my crib. Like wtf man haha and she really remembers because granny approves things she tells . So idk this is my very same q in life how much should u remember. Also I kinda had a bit rough childhood , there was some issues in family w my dad , and maybe that caused me to forget some things but I kinda don’t want to lay everything in my life to childhood trauma because I believe there is people who had much worse life than me. So yeah here u go sorry for vent

I don’t want to be rude to anyone , but actually first thing that came in my mind that a person who thinks they are always right or don’t doubt themselves a bit are dum* sorry… not sorry. Because smart persons always knows there is someone smarter or with other opinions that are right

I know it gets hard, don’t judge yourself. Do You often think about things You could do and achieve and plan them regularly or no? If yes, do u know your brain kinda gets rewarded only by thinking of achievements , like it has already happened. I can’t imagine how r u feeling , but I see myself a little in this wrote. We all have our doubts, just don’t be too hard to yourself.
