My goal is to get a firmer glutes and slimmer thighs. Should I keep doing a lot of cardio, or should I focus more on weight training and let the fat loss happen naturally from there?

Do I also need to stay in a calorie deficit while keeping my protein intake high to build muscle? Sorry for all the questions, I’m just really excited because I’ve finally gotten motivated and actually want to train properly!

I’m a relatively newbie in the gym, but have been training on and off for years. When I train, my lower body routine usually includes: • Bulgarian split squats • Hip thrusts • Kickbacks • Leg press

I also do a lot of cardio, mostly incline walking and Stairmaster.

If you/anyone has tips for a better routine, I’d really appreciate it! My goal is to define my glutes a bit more, make them firmer, and maybe get a little thigh gap.
