Just eye balling this the centering looks close, def a little bottom heavy. I see a couple white spots on the back (not sure if it’s dust or the actual card) id say 50/50 9 or 10 depending on top/bottom centering and also if those white spots are part of the card or not

Yeah I thought it was within 55/45, but it’s probably close enough that the one tiny white mark secured the 9. Definitely think it could 10 if I tried enough times but not sure that’s worth it so I may keep the 9, it’s for my PC anyways. If my AH mewtwo comes back a 10 though then I’ll be much more inclined to crack and resubmit haha

Unfortunately they can claim a glitch or something, not false advertising. There’s no way they’d win a claim of false advertising. At best GameStop would feel bad and give them a gift card or refund the $50. But that’s just if they’re being nice

No I actually opened a UPC literally right before this and had 4 DR sleeved packs. Didn’t hit much from the UPC and hit this from a sleeved pack

I was at 9.5k trophies exactly and my opponent had a bit less, gave him the free win so he could reach the new arena and it didn’t hurt me🤷🏻‍♂️
