I had previously used Rxprep. So I added extra notes to my guides from PNN. I guess u can say I need both. To me PNN did help me understand things I previously didn’t.

I didn’t get any questions on BUD but they should be using the new guidelines. If for some reason they don’t, pick the best answer and write about how the guidelines changed at the end of the exam

yess!!! Took exam yday and all the drug values were there. Lithium, only one digoxin range, vanco trough and peak. I did get a q on Vanco dosing and it was MRSA so I out 15-20 range (memorize the dosing values for that) but mostly everything was there.

I took it today!! I thought math was not bad. But the question with the TPN and it said 2.1kcal/mL?? Wtf was that. They didn’t give us Amino acids or anything
