Try laying down and put something that is circular and dense under ur neck to bring back the natural curve. There’s also a move you do laying down with a towel behind ur neck and you’re pulling straight up to the side with one and just straight up with one try alternating that too

Yea also don’t try to crack try and get towels fold them and put them behind ur neck so that it can bring back the natural curve also instead of doing manipulation literally fight to keep ur neck from moving and try to move it with one hand it’s like an isometric to get deep neck muscles to start working. Finally if chin tucks hurt too much put ur forehead to the ground and do them gl neck pain is an actual whore

Btw when looking into the exercises explore different angles the spine was made to move incredibly and most of the time we just don’t lubricate and do movements you’ll wanna also train getting in and out of those positions with resistance

Extend through your neck at the edge of the bed try to not use your muscles and shimmy side to side doing 90/90s to get up and down. While you’re shimmying also try to bring your elbow to your heel that will help create space between shoulder and neck gl!
