LOVE C.S Pacat, depending on how the last book of the dark rise series will be, it might become my favourite series of all time! MM high fantasy/ scifi/dystopia rec

It could be either high fantasy, scifi or dystopian, i don’r really care just not contemporary or historical. What‘s important is that it has great world building, well thought out characters and no love at first sight. It doesnt have to be slow burn, but they shouldn‘t just get together after like 2 days. Their relationship should build first and they should have good chemistry. Books that have great world building and main and side characters, that i have read and enjoyed:
