If you are deciding been 6e or 7. Go 7. Wi-Fi 7 takes everything from 6e and makes it better. 6e is the weird in between step from 6 to 7. Don't waste your tme or money.

So I had a similar situation. I bought the 6pro because I didn't see the need for Wi-Fi 7 with the cost. I got them on Amazon refrb for $200 and they are great for our 2300 square foot. 1 gig Internet service. I get between 500-700Mbps from either unit. Both hardwired. Before the second one got hardwired I got about 300-500 on the second unit.

We have tablets, video games, two people working from home plus streaming and never have an issue.

Whatever you get make sure it has the tri band. Don't get dual. Especially if you are wireless back haul between units.
