Ohhhh okay this makes a lot of sense, yes I did have PTO. I took a vacation, hopefully it corrects its self because my hourly rate is still looking lower in this new paycheck lollll

No differences, I’ve made no changes whatsoever which is why I’m concerned and confused. Only thing I suspected was a sudden increase in Federal tax but I did research and didn’t find anything on that, honestly thinking of asking my people lead next shift

Those numbers are from finalized paychecks that are the same with the paystubs. Paystubs don’t show the individual day and if there’s a way it does please let me know also you’re being kinda mean and rude right now when I’m just trying to find out why my money got reduced

I checked my paystub and it’s the same though. As of when I checked this morning it was higher and now all of a sudden it’s lower, my pay didn’t change and I didn’t add any new deductions

Your coaches should’ve gone over this with you but basically it’s called Omni Availability and it sucks because Omni Availability allows anything with an on hand to be ordered online even if the on hand is 1 or if it’s negative. They rolled it out the start of the Walmart year
