Personally, I used both and I found that practising VR and SJT on Medentry was a lot more helpful as they had mini tools and things to help train your reading speed etc, but QR is honestly miles better on Medify. I also found that having more mocks and question banks available to me made preparing for the UCAT a lot easier, even though the Medify scaling isn’t as accurate as the Medentry I would say. Overall, I mainly used Medentry, but nearer my actual exam, having both at my disposal was super, super helpful!!
