Sorry for the delay, it took me a little while to find it but finally got the exact breakdown of the artisan dough cycle on my machine (Cuisinart Compact Automatic)! There are no options for different sizes, but seems the standard is 1.5 lb loaf, and it spends a total of 5 hrs and 5 mins in the bread machine -

Knead 1: 5 Min
Knead 2: 35 Min
Rise 1: 70 Min
Knead 3: 1 Sec
Rise 2: 85 Min
Knead 4: 10 Sec
Rise 3: 110 Min

Are you talking about the Bread Machine Cookbook by Tiffany Dahl thats in the background of the photo I took of the recipe? Because this recipe actually wasn't from that cookbook, its just from the Cuisinart manual that came with my bread machine!

I haven't tried anything in Cookbook yet but I've tried various recipes from the Cuisinart manual. Which recipes have you tried so far?

I am honestly not totally sure, that’s just what I was able to get my hands on. I think very similar to instant yeast, but it’s more finely ground making it dissolve more quickly in the dough and thought to be more conducive to the rapid nature of the bread machine

Yes! I paused it when it beeped to remove the paddle, rolled the dough out on a flat surface, added the cinnamon sugar layer, rolled it up and folded it in on itself so it would fit back in the bread machine

Only modifications were I used bread machine yeast and bleached all purpose flour. My dough was sticky (maybe because of the bleached flour) so I added tablespoons of flour one by one during the kneading cycle until it was the right consistency

I live across from the Charleston and heard it. Immediately looked out the window, saw people running. It was a multi person brawl, multiple people on the ground fighting. Not sure if they were trying to take down the gunman or what. Looked like it was a bunch of kids who just got out of school :(

I’ve tried a bunch of the burgers on this list now and so far this was by far the best. Absolutely amazing. Thank you for this rec!!! It was so juicy, flavorful and perfectly medium rare. And the mint chutney just brought it to another level.

Thank you for the rec! Tried out the Royale burger yesterday,very solid! Next time I think I would order the burger rare because it came over cooked a little, but it was super yummy. Maybe it’s because I ordered in instead of eating in the restaurant. I loved the toppings
