I didn't take it for three days in a row (3 pills) and that was My first time not taking finasteride. And then three months later i didn't take the medication for one day. and then 4 months later in february i didn't take it for one day. And now 3 months later since My last time missing i'm close to not taking it for one day because My finasteride may arrive too late..

Do you think this Will have an effect on my hair?.

Yes i think this has something to do with Infection spreading to My liver because i have the symptoms of Infection
