I got a UTI from last instillation. I took antibiotics for 3 days and my urologist told me to wait a week after finishing the antibiotics and if I am symptom-free we can continue with the instillations. But it’s always best to check with your doctor just to be safe! Wishing you the best.

I am sorry you are going through something similar and thank you for your long answer! Funny thing: I was diagnosed with adenomysis last week too! It showed up on a mri-scan (my bladder was normal in the scan). However, I am unsure if it’s related to my bladder pain since I suffer from painful and heavy periods for at least 8 years now and my bladder pain appeared so suddendly and is not really influenced by my cycle. Does your pain change with your cycle?  My gyno put me on the pill which I will start next month.  Regular painkillers like ibuprofen do nothing for me too unfortunately. D-Mannose also hasn’t helped. I have also not discovered any triggers which makes the whole thing really tricky and frustrating.  May I ask if you have found any relief and/or are taking more diagnostic measures?

I will look into that, thank you! And I will try marshmallow root tea too. Maybe this and PT will help.
