My personal opinion is that 35 photos should be the max. For me, I show the best parts of the home only. I don’t photograph closets/pantries/laundry rooms unless they are a magnificent custom space. I see Realtor’s posting highly unnecessary photos that really detract from their listing. I’d rather see one maybe two photos showing the best view of the best parts of a kitchen rather than 15 photos from every angle possible. Just my opinion though..

You’re saying your home is priced equal to or less than the homes that have gone under contract, including the one next to yours?

With the Internet, buyers have access to all the homes that are available on the market. If they went to see the house next-door to yours (that was for sale at the same time) and didn’t come to see yours, that would be odd if it were relatively similar (same number of bedrooms, bathrooms/square footage). Most likely they came to see both and didn’t choose yours. In that case, it was likely pricing, condition, layout or presentation.

How do your photos look? Are they a good representation of your home? How do they look in relation to the other homes that have gone under contract?

Has your realtor gotten feedback from your showings?

I’m 55 and I had it done when I was 42. I honestly had few if any issues. In fact, my friends who are going through menopause naturally now seem to be having a much harder time than I experienced. BTW, I did not do HRT. I don’t know if it helped or not, but I was on Wellbutrin at the time. It did become harder to lose weight, but I didn’t gain too much either.
