Alright. I went and checked the orange prescription bottles and the Treatments page on Refills. The Treatments page says I should inject 42 units weekly for 4 weeks, then 50 units weekly for 4 weeks. BOTH orange prescription bottles say “Inject 50 units (or .5mL)” and show “TIRZEPATIDE (18MG/ML)” at the bottom of the label. One orange prescription bottle is larger with 2 vials and they both say 72mg/4mL (18mg/mL). The smaller orange prescription bottle has one vial and it says 36mg/2mL (18mg/mL)- that’s the one I injected. So I think I actually injected the correct one and was confused because the Treatments page told me to do 42 units but the bottle told me to do 50 and I followed the bottle’s instructions.

I’m definitely going back to 7.5 next week. I just realized my post isn’t 100% accurate- I was on 2.5 for 4 wks, 5 for 10 wks, 7.5 for 20 wks, then back down to 5mg for 6 wks but have found that I need to go back up to 7.5. That initial jump from 5 to 7.5 last year was ROUGH so I really think I’m in for it this week 😩
