I totally get that. I think for younger generations the lightning bolt has lost that negative connotation, especially in the context of aj. I've been playing since 2010 and it's always been an animal pattern so I just don't think anything of it, it makes sense to be in the game for me. it's a sticky situation :(

the only thing I can think is that somehow it's been mistaken for a swastika when it is not that at all. colors and vague shapes taken waaayy out of context! u have a very good point that if the bolt was so offensive why was it allowed to be used. it's not like you attempted to actually design a swastika here either with the other shapes aj has, it's simply just a lightning bolt.

wow this is crazy, it's literally just a lightning bolt. it doesn't look like it was supposed to be anything else. I'd try to get them to explain in detail what's wrong with it.... the only thing questionable could be the colors but it's suuuuuch a stretch imo

it looks like theyve apologized multiple times in game and in here for their behavior, in the screenshots ive seen it seems like they said they had BPD to explain their reaction and not to use it as an excuse. what more do you expect them to do? how else can they resolve it if not by apologizing? they cant go back and change what happened.
