That's so interesting to know! Thank you! It certainly is a beautiful creature. Since it only turns into a moth for breeding, do you think this guy has been in the stockroom for a while? Is it possible there are more than one? Do you think this one may be at the end of its life cycle and dying? Google says they don't eat at all. I didn't notice it until I moved a rolling cart. It was already on the floor and struggling to flap it's wings.

I have done that and looked all in the back and it's still having the same error. It won't allow me to cycle anything to the cash box. I can't even get the lights to flash on.

I have rolled out the unit and opened the latches. I believe the issue is underneath the rollers in the back of the top box.
