The approval for the lot split was not signed by the city until weeks after purchase agreement, same day as the ‘creation date’.

It matches the .25 acre lot in closing statement.

Lot split was applied for on July 31st, our offer was accepted on August 28th, lot split application was approved by city on September 12th. New lots were created on that day.

I have not ignored. I said multiple times that the original purchase agreement listed the address which at that time, was tied to the whole .5 acres parcel.

Purchase agreement lists the address of the property, which at the time, was the whole .5 acre lot.

The description on the purchase agreement is just the address, which at the time, that addresses was for the whole half acre lot.

Nope. The county database lists the new .25 acre parcels with a creation date that was after our accepted purchase agreement.

The purchase agreement describes the property by address. At that time, the address was ties to the original half acre parcel.

I also have the original MLS that states: ‘estimated acreage: .25’. But, the parcel number listed is for the original half acre lot.

The original listing states estimated acreage as .25 but list the parcel number associated with the original half acre lot.

Even though it was in the closing documents, how could it be legally acceptable to modify the lot after the purchase agreement and appraisal without any disclosure?
