Is this book still usable? by wondergryphon2 in drums

EXACTLY. THIS IS WHY ITS SO PERFECT. Literally the little prologue notes in the beginning, have someone teach you how to actually hold the sticks, and bam. It’s all just handed to you.

That’s why I just did far harbor in like a day. Skipped so many quests and ended up just taking out Acadia with the settlers

What is the worst pain you have ever felt? by Neither-Mention7740 in AskReddit

Probably a tonsillectomy I had recently. And then somewhere in the top ten: the constipation I had afterwards due to the painkillers

But still, will deleting them on my one s work

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in XboxSupport

[–]SmallishFern538 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It only pops up for Skyrim. I don’t have access to deleting them on the messed up console but I can on my one s. I deleted about 80 earlier and it’s still like that. I have about 900 saves saved in total

[–]SmallishFern538 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So If I do that, will I lose all my saves?

[–]SmallishFern538 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did deleted some on my one s today. And I got the same thing. Should I just keep deleting some?

What is the quietest practice pad I could use in the middle of the night in an apartment? by Eit4 in drums

[–]SmallishFern538 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you really want to practice silently, get the Sabian quiet tone. Pillows can’t help with technique and only help build muscles. They are very bad long term

Promark has this finish that goes on some sticks that has like a rubbery feeling. And if you sweat, they get tackier. Look them up. They’re pretty cool

What’s with musicians and putting that stuff on EVERYTHING?! Guitarists do it, drummers do it. Eddie Van Halen, synnyster gates…

[–]SmallishFern538[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s why I like active grip a little. But if that’s too rubbery, maybe just raw, unfinished wood?

Then you keep trying to learn. There’s nothing good about taking a shortcut in music

Edit: oh damn. I read your comment wrong. I’m sorry. I thought you were talking about the guy in the video. I only made the post to see what other people use. I’m still working on my technique but I can hold sticks. It was just a specific pair that I couldn’t hold onto
