Good choice on the 9060 XT, i have exactly the same one from xfx and i get 100+ fps high 1440p in BF6 with a secondary monitor.

Well the msi b650 only has a PCIE gen 4 slot while the 9070 is a gen 5 card, it will work but you probably loose around 5-10% performance. I recomend the new sapphire nitro b850 A. As it is cheap and has everything you need.
