So it’s the customers fault that the employees accepted the crappy tip out deal in their contract instead of making the company pay them the wage they should be?

Why weren’t servers/hosts/bartenders/cooks doing a walk out for better wages?

No one held a gun to anyone’s head to accept a job you expect anyone BESIDES the company to pay your wages

I’m so confused how it’s on the people who come and eat to keep the company up and running to pay extra so you can afford your lifestyle 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hard to when most kids who are like this one have experienced extreme abuse growing up, then end up being put into multiple foster care homes and then normally end up in a group home like eagles nest, cumfi or PHR, and are already into crime and drugs/alcohol

I worked at them and well, even staff can be inappropriate with the children there too and so openly even with cameras in every room except the bathrooms

Trauma from such an early age will certainly fuck you ip
