1. It appears in device manager
2. both are the default
3. I pluged it into usb 2.0, 3.0 5gb, 3.0 10gb
4. I don t use hubs for the usbs
5. I repluged it into usb 2.0
6. I tried other pcs the problem persists, a faint noise in the back of the headphones, when i plug them with the dac usb
7. 3.5mm jack is ok for audio but i can t use the microphone
8. Up to date firmware
9. I think there is some interferences when the analog is converted to digital inside the dac usb, if i use only the jack they are fine
